Run-Venue Pickup Special Rules

Pursuant to Article 1.3 of the Terms of Service, these Special Rules govern matters relating to Run-Venue Pickup (delivery and return of Rental Items) at run events organized by Tokyo Run Club (hereinafter "TRC"). Where these Special Rules conflict with the Terms of Service, these Special Rules shall prevail.

These Special Rules govern only matters within the scope of Laplace closet (the rental transaction). Matters concerning participation in run events (including running-related accidents, photography, and emergency response) are governed by TRC's separate TRC Participation Rules.

1. When Run-Venue Pickup is selected, Rental Items shall be delivered directly to the Member by the Company's operator at the venue of a TRC-organized run event. No delivery fee applies.

2. The Company will notify the Member of the exact meeting point, start time, and other necessary information one to two days before the run event.

3. The Member shall arrive at the designated venue and time on the day of the run event and receive the Rental Items by presenting the order number or other items required by the Company.

4. After delivery, the Member shall bear responsibility for the care of the Rental Items.

If the Member fails to arrive at the designated venue on the day or to complete the prescribed pickup procedure (no-show), no rental fee will be refunded.

1. The Member shall return the Rental Items to the Company's operator at the venue immediately after the run event.

2. Purchase-Only Items (clearly indicated on each product page, such as socks) are not subject to return and may be kept by the Member.

3. The proviso of Article 11.1 and Article 11.2 of the Terms of Service (return via the enclosed return kit) shall not apply to Run-Venue Pickup.

1. Cancellation of Run-Venue Pickup will be refunded in full only if requested by the day before the run event (23:59 JST) using the Company's prescribed method.

2. No refund will be provided for cancellations on or after the day of the run event (00:00 JST) or for no-shows.

3. Where the run event is cancelled (including cancellation by TRC) and Run-Venue Pickup cannot be performed, the rental fee will be refunded in full.

Matters concerning participation in run events themselves — including running-related accidents and injuries, photography and likeness, emergency response, eligibility, and other event-related matters — are governed by TRC's separate TRC Participation Rules. These Special Rules govern only matters within the scope of the rental transaction.
